Our client was looking to develop a contemporary Chinese Restaurant within a new strip center. This lease space build-out was designed based on space management, as it was essential to our client to accommodate enough seating per the allotted square footage without a sense of overcrowding. The cherry-wood custom partitions allow privacy from the hustle and bustle of high traffic buffet lines. Painted ducts and high ceilings with track lighting help enhance the illusion of extended space.
